School Services

At Informed by Trauma, we recognise how important it is to offer the right support to teachers, children, and their families when they need it. We are dedicated to providing a variety of services that help schools better understand and deal with trauma, supporting those who have gone through challenging situations.

Whole School Planning

We work alongside school leaders to design and implement development plans that embed trauma-informed practice across the whole school community. Our aim is to create safe, consistent, and nurturing environments where children can flourish

Training

Our training sessions are practical, engaging, and tailored to your setting. We equip staff with the knowledge and tools to recognise the impact of trauma, respond with confidence, and build strong, supportive relationships with pupils

Staff Coaching and Wellbeing

Through one-to-one or group coaching or supervision sessions, we create a reflective space for staff to explore challenges, strengthen their practice, and prioritise their own wellbeing. These sessions focus on practical solutions while fostering resilience and confidence.

Supporting Looked-After and Adopted Children in Education

We work closely with schools and carers to ensure looked-after and adopted children receive the right support to succeed. This includes navigating education systems, advocating for appropriate adjustments, and creating personalised approaches that help children feel secure, valued, and ready to learn.
